Your appointments are very important to the team members of Townhouse Beauty Bar, it is reserved especially for you, we understand that sometimes schedules adjustments are necessary; therefore, we respectfully request at least 24 hours notice for cancellations.
Please understand that when you forget or cancel your appointment without giving enough notice, we miss the opportunity to fill that appointment time, and clients on our waiting list miss the opportunity to receive services. Our appointments are confirmed 48 hours in advance because we know how easy it is to forget an appointment you booked months ago. Since the services are reserved for you personally, a Cancellation fee will apply.
– Less than 24 hour notice will result in a charge equal to 50% of the reserved service amount plus a 20% gratuity.
– “NO SHOWS” will be charged 100% of the reserved service amount plus 20% gratuity.
– Appointments made within the 24 hour period and need to cancel, the client then must cancel within 4 hours of appointment time or will result in a charge equal to 50% of the reserved service amount plus 20% gratuity.

As a courtesy, we will call and confirm your service appointments two business day prior to your appointment date. However, if we are unable to reach you, and can only leave a message, please understand that it is your responsibility to remember your appointment dates and times to avoid late arrivals, missed appointments and the cancellation fee.
Updated Lash Policies at TBB
1.) When coming from another artist, sometimes a full removal will be required. Your appointment will initially be booked as a full set. Your artist will always have a conversation with you beforehand on pricing and what they think is best for your set going forward. Think of your lashes as tattoos, its hard to find an artist to work on what you already have! This is not due to difficulty- this is due to the artistry. We all have different techniques and products, and sometimes a blank canvas is the best way for us to work together.
2.) If you notice a retention issue, or aren’t happy with your results, we offer a 72 hour “fix” policy. In this time we will get you in and correct the issue no charge. Anything after 72 hours will result in a proper charge.
3.) Please come in with clean lashes. While we understand you may be coming from a day of work, this helps us with timing and retention. If the lashes require a full deep cleanse, this is a $15.00 charge. Cleaning lashes daily Is super important for your lash health. Healthy lashes = happy lashes!
4.) If you have a time constraint and need to be out, please disclose this with your artist prior to starting your lashes. Rushed lashes are not what we strive for.
